We have the right to change the Terms and Conditions from time to time. Only the latest version will be considered valid.

 

1. Orders

All periods are made through our website www.zuzubijutatia.com

If there is any item out of stock or with insufficient stock, the customer will be contacted in order to proceed with the respective exchange or cancellation.

ZUZU BIJUTERIA has the right not to accept the order if:

 - The ordered product is sold out

 - We do not deliver to the indicated zone

If the customer has already paid for the order, ZUZU BIJUTERIA undertakes to return the value of the respective item.

The return is made by: MBWay, Bank Transfer or Paypal. 

 

2. Returns and Refunds

In case of return, it can be made within a maximum period of 15 days after receipt, however, ZUZU BIJUTERIA is not responsible for the courier fee. Upon receipt of the return, the refund process will be carried out.

We do not accept returns for the following items:

- Articles after used

- Items sold by the meter

- Articles on Sale

 

3. Modification of Services and Prices

All thes prices of our products are presented in Euros.

ZUZU BIJUTERIA rreserves the right to change or modify prices and services (or any part) without notice.
